Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon collection to ensure that you are satisfied with its contents. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased products for any reason, please get in touch with a description of the problem and your order confirmation number.

Refunds and exchanges are not available outwith exceptional circumstances in which a product is damaged or if you have received the incorrect item.

Please contact us directly and immediately if you believe this to be the case and we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

You will be notified via email if a refund is approved and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
